Ok, I'm cross – not for the first time, and my beloved wife pointed out to me often. But it is annoying – to buy a new HDTV is a major purchase for most of us – a couple of hundred pounds is a lot of money especially in the current economic climate. We use the Internet to discover that good and what is bad, but it is still unclear.

The electrical distributors both love and hate the internet. They love it because they can sell directly to customerswithout spending a lot – a downside to the Internet, but you have to be competitive in price or you will lose sales.
